The Associate/Assistant Program Director (APD) should be added to the Faculty Roster.
This role is not maintained in the Program Leadership section and will not be reflected on the Faculty Roster if added to the Program Leadership section. In order to grant the Associate Program Director access to ADS, you will need to add them as a Program Coordinator.
Anyone assigned a Program Coordinator account has access to edit program and Resident/Fellow data and will be copied or contacted for all program notification emails and reminder calls. Program Coordinators cannot submit new applications.
