Accredited sponsoring institutions in good standing must log into the ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) to apply for Non-standard Training Recognition.

Navigate to the Institution tab and select Non-standard Training from the Recognition panel on the right. From there, click Begin Application and complete/submit the application to the ACGME Institutional Review Committee for review.
