Managing Resident AIRE Participation within a Program
Once a program is saved to an AIRE project, a new "AIRE" tab will appear on the program page.
This AIRE tab will not show if the program has not officially been added to an AIRE Project within ADS.
To get to the AIRE tab, navigate to the desired program page.
If a program is participating in an active AIRE Project, the AIRE tab will appear on the far right, after the "Reports" tab.
The AIRE tab will disappear once the AIRE Project is no longer active, meaning the AIRE Project End Date has passed, or the program has been deactivated by ADS Admins within the AIRE Project.
Open the Instructions section for further information: "
Select which AIRE Project to manage resident AIRE participation from the AIRE Project dropdown.
To indicate participation for a resident, a Start Date must be added.
To indicate a resident as no longer participating in AIRE, an End Date must be added. A comment must be present to save a resident with an End Date.
Residents will be shown as not participating, or inactive, on the Resident Roster if an End Date exists, and the End Date is in the past or on today's date.
To add or change a Start Date, End Date, or Comment for one resident, click the "Edit" button next to that resident.
To add or change a Start Date, End Date, or Comment for multiple residents, check the boxes next to the desired residents, and click "Set Bulk Update Values" at the top of the page. Click the "Select All" box to select all residents. De-select this box to remove all selections.
If a Start Date, End Date, or Comment was saved to a resident by accident, and that resident is not associated with AIRE, click the "Remove Participation" button in the row of that resident. All information linking that resident to AIRE will be removed from ADS.
Once the "Save" button is clicked in the pop-up box to enter Start Date, End Date, and Comments, information has been saved, and the page may be closed. "
Residents with a Start Date and either: [no End Date] or [an End Date in the future], will show an AIRE icon on the resident/fellow roster.
