Program leadership is responsible for informing faculty members that they are scheduled to participate in this survey; the ACGME does not contact faculty members directly. Participation of this survey occurs between February and April of each academic year.
The Faculty Survey can be accessed on a mobile device or computer through a secure link e-mailed to the faculty member by the program. Programs are responsible for sending the initial and reminder email notifications to their survey takers that contain the secure link to their individual survey. The email containing the survey secure link is sent from donotreply@acgme.org.
Scheduled faculty members can request an e-mail reminder at any time during the survey window through the Request Survey Reminder tool. Survey takers will be prompted to enter the e-mail address on file within their current program and the 10-digit ACGME program code.
Survey deadlines are final. Access to the survey will close once the deadline has
passed. No submissions are accepted after the survey window closes
Note: This survey is only to be completed by faculty members. Program administrators do not
have access to the survey, or to any individual responses provided by survey takers. ADS logins
do not provide access to the survey.
