It is the responsibility of the program to ensure scheduled survey takers complete the survey by the
assigned deadline. The ACGME DOES NOT notify or remind survey takers directly.
To send notification/reminder emails that provide access to the survey, log into your ADS account, click the Surveys tab, click View/Remind Takers, follow the instructions provided.
1. Log into (ADS)
2. Select the Surveys tab and click View/Remind Takers
3. Review email address for accuracy
4. Click Send Emails to notify/remind your survey takers
5. Inform your scheduled survey takers to expect an email titled: ACGME Survey Reminders from donotreply@acgme.org.
