Where can I find Case Log Graduate-Level Reports?

In order for Graduate-Level Reports to be produced for a program:

• There must be graduates,
• The graduates have logged cases for their entire length of training (i.e., case logs were available to the specialty and required logging during that time),
• The graduates started in the program after the program became accredited, and
• The entire specialty has completed their annual update (this impacts packets generated between the rollover and the annual update due date).

For programs with Case Log Graduate-Level Reports available, the reports can be found on the Program Reports and the Cases Logs Downloads/Reports pages.

To access reports via the Program Reports page:

1. Login to the program you would like to view the reports for
2. Click on the Reports tab
3. Click on the container labeled Case Log Graduate Statistics
4. Select the appropriate academic year range
5. Click View next to the report you would like to access

To access reports via the Case Logs Downloads/Reports page:

1. Login to the program you would like to view the reports for
2. Hover over the Case Logs dropdown and click on Downloads/Reports
3. Click on the container labeled Case Log Graduate Statistics
4. Select the appropriate academic year range
5. Click View next to the report you would like to access
