It is the responsibility of the program to ensure scheduled faculty members complete the survey by the
assigned deadline. The ACGME DOES NOT notify or remind faculty members about this survey.
To notify/remind faculty members and provide access to the survey, log into your ADS account, click the Surveys tab,and click View/Remind Takers under the Faculty Survey heading. Follow the instructions provided to email faculty members.
Follow these steps below to send notification emails to your scheduled faculty members. These individualized emails will contain instructions and a secure link for the faculty member to access the survey.
1. Log into (ADS)
2. Select the Surveys tab and click View/Remind Takers under Faculty Survey
3. Review email address for accuracy
4. Click Send Emails to notify/remind your survey takers
5. Inform your scheduled faculty members to expect an email titled: ACGME Survey Reminders from donotreply@acgme.org.
