Through the Sponsor's ADS account, the DIO maintains the list of participating sites available to all sponsored programs. The DIO must add new sites and can only delete a site if none of the programs in the Sponsoring Institution have it listed as a participating site.
To add a site, click the Participating Sites tab then + Add Site. Use the state/city filters to search for the site. If the site name is displayed, click Add to List. The site is now available to your sponsored programs to select in ADS, as needed.
If the site is not found, click Request Missing Site then complete the form, search/enter site CEO information and submit the request to add to ADS site database.
