Faculty Scholarly Activity can be copied between programs if the faculty record is also listed in other program(s) at your Sponsoring Institution. Copy will only be enabled if a record is available to copy. Data can only be copied over if the scholarly activity exists in other program(s).
Note: It is possible that the faculty member has not been matched in the database with the same ID. If you have faculty in multiple programs and believe that the copy function is not available for this reason, contact ads@acgme.org to inquire about consolidating the faculty member's IDs.
Effective July 1, 2025, the Faculty Scholarly Activity section has been removed for all accredited programs. However, new program applications will still be required to complete faculty scholarly activity data entry.
