The ACGME is excited to announce a new support platform to provide the GME community with enhanced support when needing assistance with ACGME data collection systems, as well as with the soon-to-launch ACGME Cloud.
Starting March 3, a new online "Submit a Request" form is available in the ACGME's Help Center to streamline inquiry/issue intake and response. Emailed responses to submitted inquiries/issues will appear in an updated ticketing format that reflects a new platform, but be assured these are ACGME communications, and not junk or spam.
As the ACGME transitions to this new approach, note that existing email and phone channels will also continue to be available.
