The ACGME Cloud platform is now available! This new digital platform represents a significant step forward in the ACGME’s ability to launch reimagined and modern technology products and services.
As part of its commitment to enhancing graduate medical education (GME) and health care outcomes, the ACGME is excited to share an update on its Digital Transformation journey. This transformation integrates cutting-edge digital technologies, leverages the power of artificial intelligence (AI), and optimizes data analytics to enhance efficiency and provide greater accuracy, improved decision-making, and continuous quality improvement. The ACGME is committed to reducing administrative burdens and empowering educators and institutions to focus on what truly matters—excellence in medical education and patient care.
Identity Management and New Single Sign-On Process
To support this launch, the ACGME has introduced a new identity and access management system that will allow users to securely sign on to all ACGME products with one set of login credentials. This launch requires all existing ADS users to set up an account using their email address and clicking Forgot/set password, which ensures secure, personalized access to the new ACGME Cloud platform and its products. Importantly, once a user is established, this new account will be used to access the Accreditation Data System (ADS) and the Case Log System, ensuring continuity and ease of use. The ACGME will contact users with multiple current accounts to consolidate their access under a single, streamlined account before launch.
ACGME Cloud | Analytics
This new product is designed to unlock the vast potential of data within GME by providing personalized, self-service access to exciting data, analytics, reporting, dashboard, and data exploration capabilities for individuals, programs, organizations, and the broader medical education community. To support a smooth transition, the ACGME will provide comprehensive training resources and support to ensure all users are comfortable navigating the new platform and maximizing its features.
New Support Platform
The ACGME is excited to announce a new support platform to provide the GME community with enhanced support when needing assistance with ACGME data collection systems, as well as with the soon-to-launch ACGME Cloud. A new online "Submit a Request" form will soon be available in the ACGME's Help Center to streamline inquiry/issue intake and response. Emailed responses to submitted inquiries/issues will appear in an updated ticketing format that reflects a new platform, but be assured these are ACGME communications, and not junk or spam. As the ACGME transitions to this new approach, note that existing email and phone channels will also continue to be available.
